Creation of platforms for exchange of information and professional experience, dissemination of best practices in the field of organization of advocacy and advocacy with the participation of representatives of the Russian Bar and the international legal community
The International Association of Russian Advocates actively promotes the creation of platforms for the exchange of information and professional experience between Russian lawyers and representatives of the international legal community. These initiatives are aimed at disseminating best practices in the organization of advocacy and developing cooperation between lawyers from different countries.
One of the key tools for sharing experience and information are international conferences and forums. These events bring together lawyers, advocates, academics and experts from different countries, creating unique conditions for discussing topical issues of law enforcement practice, human rights and legal reform. Participants have the opportunity to present their research, share practical cases and discuss contemporary challenges in the legal field. They also serve as a platform for developing new approaches to solving legal problems and improving the practice of law in Russia.
In addition to traditional conferences, webinars and online seminars are organized, which allow lawyers from different parts of Russia and the world to share their experience in a virtual format. This is especially important for lawyers who work in the regions and are not always able to attend international events in person. The online format opens access to training and knowledge exchange for a wide range of specialists, ensuring prompt dissemination of new legal ideas and practices.
Invitation to the events of leading experts from different countries who share their experience in the field of human rights protection, international arbitration, corporate law and other relevant topics contributes to broadening the horizons of Russian lawyers and helps them apply international standards in their practice.
The Association creates special working groups and participates in partnership projects with international legal organizations. These groups are engaged in the development and implementation of new standards and best practices in the field of advocacy, which contributes to the improvement of the work of Russian lawyers.
The Association promotes the development of professional communities that create a space for informal communication between lawyers and legal professionals from different countries. The Association organizes business meetings, round tables and informal sessions where participants can discuss problems of lawyers' practice and find solutions based on the best international examples. Such meetings facilitate the establishment of long-term professional contacts and the creation of trusting relationships between lawyers from different jurisdictions.
The theory of advocacy necessarily implies criticism of various aspects of the bureaucratic system. However, this does not mean that any self-aware advocacy is inherently anti-state. This is a fairly common misconception, often used by enemies of advocacy and, ultimately, of public order in general. Criticism of the state apparatus, criticism of officialdom, is not criticism of the state, which embodies the principle of reasonableness. On the contrary, criticism of officialdom is a necessary moment to make up for the objective reasonableness of the state, which is impaired by the inevitable subjectivity and viciousness of individuals who randomly fulfill the universal will.
